When trying to pushback it says that I need to wait for all ground crew items to go but none of them are there? This happens on multiple occasions.
Known issue, I would say either wait for a minute or disconnect/reconnect services and pushback truck. If those don’t work reload into the flight. One of those will most likely work.
It happened to me once in Skiathos!
Very frustrating, had to end the game and thought its a bug, I did however decided to respawn again at the same gate at same airport to see if its a bug issue specific but it works fine.
My advice is to respawn again & it should be working. Its an inconvenience but it is what it is! 😎
