Pursue the Dream - Aviation YouTube Video

Hello fellow members of the IFC! I just made a video of me in the left seat of a 1966 Cessna 172G. It was my first flight lesson after sim training. I did the preflight, startup, taxi, run up, takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, AND LANDING myself. Of course I had a CFI ( Certified Flight Instructor) right next to me. Can’t wait to hear from y’all!

Nice job! I remember my first flight at 12. I remember landing and thinking “oh my god what just happened”. Now I’m 14 and have 15 hours in a
DA-20. Doing power off 180’s and etc. Great job bud!

When did you start flight training? Or is that just some intro flight?

That’s awesome. I started when I was 14 and it is addictive. 200 hours later and I’m still always wanting to go fly 24/7.

Same here, I live over in Macau and we only have the international airport. I’m thirteen too. I feel so jealous when I see younger kids flying around and I’m still at home on my iPad 😂
