I’m going to try and understand this correctly.
You can switch LNAV between GPS and NAV 1 by long pressing on the LNAV button in the autopilot panel.
You can “untune” from any VOR/NDB/ILS frequency by clicking on the NAV panel button, clicking on the frequency in the top row you want to “untune” from and then clicking “Clear Frequency”.
I made a new one it in support it probably it’s still pending it has a very detailed analysis explanation on this bug

there’s something wrong with my navigation system. Every time I look at the in plain navigation system I see a purple line pointing somewhere. I don’t know where it’s pointing. I’ll look onto my flight and I see a line connected to SFO. Please help me with this. is it because of my navigation system or the new update I don’t know.
oh the dotted purple line on the navigation display? its showing you what your autopilot heading is currently set to. If you change your heading in the autopilot it will move.
There is a bug though where the flight plan stays on the navigation display even after clearing it from the map screen.
Yeah the bug where nav line is visible after clearing how can u fix that
I haven’t found a way to fix it on the user end. It affects every aircraft with a live cockpit so its probably on the devs to resolve at some point.

No it doesn’t affect your flight plan…its just a display bug with the navigation display.

The dotted pink line with the box at the end points to whatever you have the heading in your autopilot panel set to. It’s not a bug.
If you change the heading in your autopilot panel it will move around the compass.
So what do I do in a simple way
You can ignore it if you want. It’s useful for if you are flying into an ATC-staffed airport and you need to disengage LNAV for vectors. Making sure the heading in your autopilot (and on the nav screen) is set to your current heading is important.
