Purchased subscription and no available subscription found on my account

I payed twice for the monthly subscription service for infinite flight on iOS and it’s giving me no availabile subscription message and idea I unsubscribed then resubsctibed already

What device are you using and which version of Infinite Flight are you running?

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

And for the duplicate subscription I suggest contacting @schyllberg

Here’s a link regarding refunds. Depending on your OS, you’ll need to contact the respective app store for a refund.
