Purchase problem

I bought some In-App Purchase in this game. When I trying to play after few days. They disappointed. And then I just paid another one few minutes ago. It been loading to 68% stoped and then disappeared. I tried to reloading. But I need to pay again. What happened? How can I find them back?

Hi welcome , first of all can you please give as some details like what device do you use and can you tell us the version you use in IF and your device .
App Version:…
Device software version:…

Please include this info for the devs to get a better understanding of what’s wrong


Presume internet is working properly?

Can you add to some screenshots of the purchase you made it before .


Some possible quick fixes for your issue;
NOTE: After each step tap RESTORE PURCHASES and enter your password then check if it has worked

  1. Firstly - close and reopen IF and see if that has any resolution
  2. Secondly - restart your device e.g hold on/off for a long time and then turn back on
    3)Thirdly - uninstall and reinstall IF fully (check for updates aswell)
  3. Cobtact your respective App Store or google play and check to make sure your purchase has gone through

Yep. You’re correct. That’s what you need to do.

One thing that worked for me is try purchasing it again, and it will say ‘you already own this item’. On iOS anyway.

All App Stores selling Infinite Flight and it’s associated in-app purchases allow for downloading without repurchasing after an item has been paid for. To ensure you will not be charged twice, please ensure the following:

  • You have used the same App Store account and ID as the original purchase.
  • You have not been previously refunded.
  • You are not using any IAP hacking programs.

Storage Tips: All content must be installed to the device internal storage. Keep as much unused available storage as possible. About 1GB unused space is best when possible. If you install to alternate memory units or to a internal drive that is getting low on storage capacity, you may be forced to re-download and install previous content again, but won’t be charged again!

iTunes may indicate that they are going to charge you again, however if all of the above applies to your account purchases , you will proceed through their process which will follow with another iTunes message confirming that you already own the item and may download it again without charge.

If a prior IAP vanishes from your app inventory, the same policy will apply. You can’t be charged again. Please contact your App Store if you have any further issues. I apologize for the inconvenience.
