Can’t purchase pro in app pls help

What kind of issues are you experiencing? Please elaborate as detailed as possible.
Any error messages?
Are you on iOS or Android?

If you’re on Apple iPhone, check if you have phone restrictions on. Sometimes people set restrictions for no in-app purchases allowed. I had it before. If this is not the case, check to see if your network is connected successfully. That’s all I know about in-app purchases. Hope you can resolve your problem.
