Purchase failed

Hi there, I just tried to purchase IF Pro, but it says I haven’t bought it, but the money came out of my MasterCard. Please help.

Try restarting your device/app as a start, usually fixes the issue.

As well as the restart, could you please have a go at the following:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:

  1. Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Install Infinite Flight from the store again
  4. Tap “Fly online!”.

The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your store account.

Exactly which steps did you try? What kind of device are you using?

I tried both steps, I’m using a third-generation iPad Air

Have you received a receipt via email? And if you go to check for any subscriptions active in iTunes / App Store, can you see it?

When I go into iTunes and it’s not even go up as purchase

Then the purchase has not been processed.
Are you sure it’s for the subscription that money was charged on your card?

Yessir, I pulled up my Credit Card record and it did process.

I would recommend calling Apple at this point then. This is since we have no insight in their billing systems and can’t check the purchase in greater detail.

We could try one thing before you call them.
Open the app, tap “Settings” > “About” > Then tap & hold in the top left corner where it says app version + device model. After a few seconds, you’ll be prompted to send diagnostics data. Please do so and let me know when you have.

I could be completely wrong here but that could possibly be the amount of money that was transacted from your card to your Apple account. Go into your AppStore and click your profile on the top right. If it still says $14.99 on your Apple account, then the purchase of the game hasn’t gone through

Nothing new there I’m afraid.
Best option is to contact Apple in this case. There’s not much we can do.

Last purchase we see is the subscription that expired March 7th.
