Earlier today when I tried to purchase the 787 8/9/10 it said purchase not found. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

It’s a known issue, I believe it’s fixed as of now.
Just about to post this was a duplicate but good to hear it was resolved
Restart device power and try again. Sometimes this happens with newly released content right after an update. Should be OK after the restart though.
