Proper DUBAI arrival proceedure(From all directions)

Hey guys, I am just adding some proceedures to arrive OMDB since its airport of the week so it could be easier to arrange traffic if you will follow these arrival STAR proceedures. I am sorry if its any /kind of duplicate or if its not appropriate to put here,in order to follow these just add below mentioned STAR waypoints in your FPL,

Arrivals from east

Hope this helps pilots to arrive safely.All the above arrivals are RNAV STAR followed by real life aircrafts.
If you find any errors,lemme know and i will correct :). Please include IAPs accordingly to the runway in use :)

Great thread! The more we get pilots using the RW procedures, the easier it will be on ATC (everyone funneling thru the same path) and the easier it will become for pilots to nail their approach and grease their landings-not to mention it looks professional!

Great thread! If you’re wondering why aircraft fly the long downwind or zig-zag approaches, they allow for more space for more aircraft (OMDB is a very busy airport). IFATC uses similar strategies when controlling at busy airports.

Correct, RNAV arrival which goes over the OMDB airspace like IMPED etc… needs transitions from tower ,if pilots will request inbound then they’ll have to most likely unfollow the RNAV. After requesting transition they can remain on permitted altitude and then can request inbound when reaching last waypoint.So possibly they could get Straight in entry frm tower and will never deviate from SID

Doesn’t SimBrief automatically implement all the starts upon arrival?

Sometimes it does depending on the airport (like EPWA), but it is always good to have the STARs.

If you’ll check them with a closer look then most waypoints doesn’t match the rl way points so no.
