Well, it wouldn’t be allowed. We are only allowed to make what’s in the airport boundary.
I thought I saw someone building a city, I might be hallucinating.
As told in the group, its not allowed. tho Technically its possible by any editor, but only saved on their local drive, not uploaded and cannot be approved for release.

AIrport elevation is correct. will adjust the boundary to push back the surrounding elevation just a bit. thanks
