Hereโs Calicut International Airport (VOCL) which is almost ready!
Fun fact: Did you know that Air India used to operate 747s at this airport? Many airlines including Emirates and Saudia used to operate their wide-bodies to this tiny airport. Due to the airportโs small apron, these wide bodies were pushed directly to the runway from the gate where they would back-taxi and depart. The airport also features a table top runway with 3.2 degrees glide path on RWY28
