Guangzhou is currently being worked on, just by other people and not the people here, and i don’t think Zhoushan is being worked on.

I’m a Chengduer and I’m so glad to see another new chinese airport added to this game.As an undergraduate,I also wish I can get invloved in this work.But unfortunately,when I tried to apply,I found that I cannot even open the application form on the website.So,what I want to know is how you were selected to be an editor and so that I may could try my best to get the oppotunity to enjoy this work!

The latest work by @Korgast , Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (ZSSS), has just been marked as ready for release!
The exact date and version of release are unknown.
Featuring:
- 2D fixes, including corrected spawn size and taxiway lighting
- new ROUTE NORTH/SOUTH for runway 18R/36L with visual shelter to avoid affecting departing traffic
- 3D terminals matching real life as much as possible

Awesome work. It’s so good to see ZSSS got its 3D building. As a Shanghainese, I can not wait to see this airport in the game. Thx for making the game much more realistic. I hope that IFAET will accept my application even though it seems to be impossible 😂.
Btw, will ZSPD get its own 3D building in the near future?

🔔New release and WIP!
In 22.6 we have 5 Chinese 3D airports released, along with several updates on older airports!
ZUXC (an autogen airport) also got the boundary ready and work will soon begin from scratch!

New Airport Completed: Huangshan Tunxi Intl (ZSTX)
“Other mountains are not worth visiting after a visit to the Five Great Mountains, which are also not worth visiting after a visit to Huangshan Mountain.”
The quote briefly described how gorgeous the Huangshan Mountain scenery is. A fun one to build and fly into, took me just 6 hours to complete!

Just curious, is there going to be this “project” thing of every country?

If we didn’t take on the “hard” challenges then you wouldn’t be using a tablet , cell phone or computer.
