Dear Infinite Flight Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent and frustrating issue regarding my account profile. My flight statistics and records appear to be completely stuck and are not updating, despite my recent activity.
Recently, I have completed multiple flights and logged 10 to 20 landings on the Casual server to build my stats. While the post-flight summary screen accurately displays the data that should have been recorded, none of it is being added to my profile. My total flight time, landing count, and other overall statistics remain entirely frozen.
Initially, I suspected this might be a bug related to the current beta version I am using on my Samsung A56. However, I have since logged into the main, non-beta version of Infinite Flight to do the same flights, and the issue persists. The stats are still not recording anything on the live version either.
I would be very grateful if you could look into my account and help resolve this synchronization issue so my progress can be properly recorded again.
