Hi. Please assist. My profile vanished off the Infinite Flight Simulator App and never got it back. I started afresh a new profile, got to Grade 2 and now it has vanished as well! According to the app, my profile does not exist in your system and yet i can log in into your online support site using my Infinite Flight profile. Please assist

On the online support site yes
On the app, it says Success but cancels log in immediately

In answer to this part, the community is completely separate to the mobile simulator. Accounts do not transfer across hence why you can still access here.
Understandable. This online site has my last call sign and virtual airline before my profile disappeared

It never worked sir. I ended up creating a new profile. It’s gone as well.
I couldn’t link the new profile with either facebook or google.
The new one is gone because the subscription has expired and the account was never linked. Unfortunately this happens on Android devices as they are not sending us the previous subscription data.
Based on the recurring issues you are experiencing with Facebook, i would recommend setting up a new account yet again. Then you link that account with Google. Once you’ve done that, i can transfer all of your stats from your two other accounts to the new one. That way you won’t loose anything.
