Hello dear support team, I’m currently trying to go onto a VA friends IFC account and it says: public profille hidden. He can see my profile and he and me are both basic members. What could be an explanation and solution tot his problem?

Have your friend go into his Preferences > Profile - make sure that the box “Hide my public profile” at the top isn’t ticked.
It’s neither.
Any user who is TL1 or below and haven’t posted anything in here, will automatically have their profile hidden.
It’s a security feature.
Is basic member TL1? Because @BennyBoy_Alpha is at the same rank in here. And does he need to create a thread or does replying to any thread considered trustworthy?

Cached data. So if/when the browser felt it needed to reload the data, it started working for you.
