Problems with renewing subscription?

Hi, I’ve heard that there have been problems with renewing subscriptions. Mine ends on June 3, is there anything I can do to avoid the problems?

If you already have a PRO Subscription you shouldn’t have any problems. What OS are you using? The only thing you can do is to check if you activated the auto renewal.

If you use the old Live+ model (so if you bought the subscription before Global) there is no auto renewal for it which means that you have to buy PRO first after the old model expired. That’s what I had to do in January.

Here’s how you can check your subscription status:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

If one the plans is selected (with the little “Check” Symbol) then you’re all set and it will renew. If not, it says that you’re subscription will expire. In that case you can choose one of the plans to renew it.
