Problems with real time clock

the game have a problem with the time. when i start game i want to play as real time. so it is ‘13:10 CEST’ so i take off at 13:25 CEST. so i am on my way to EPWA. so it even changed to game time ‘12:45’ it is not real in Poland it is same time as CEST.

Yesterday I also fly from LGAV to EKCH it even changed to game time

I think i saw somewhere about the complexities of time in the Sim and i dont blame the devs, its a whole different kettle of fish to make the Sim 100% real time accurate given all the time zones and whatnot
