Problems with my live, who do I contact?

I’m trying to take a small flight in live, it appears that my account got deleted, it says 0 XP. I have more the 60 thousand.

Who can I contact about this?

Are you having connection problems because it could be that.

I’m using this forum on my phone as well, it’s the sma connection.

with mine I ran out and when I go to pay, the money saying how much is gone please help I want to fly in line again
