Problems with live ATC - This is Important Guys

Device: iPhone 13PM
OS : iOS 18.0.1

Recently, after the 18.0.1 update my Live ATC response has been cut off when asking for pushback and taxi to the runway. I can see other aircrafts Getting responses, but I can only give requests, but not getting any response from the ATC.

I think this is a software glitch that happened After the 18.0.1 update.

Can anyone explain more on this and give me a solution because if I can’t use the live ATC, what’s the use of getting a paid subscription to infinite flight except using all the airports.

As an IFATC controller i know what you are talking about. Since last update almost every time ive controlled an airport at first i was getteing requests from airplane i didnt had on my side (i couldnt see them on the game, therefore couldnt answer them), and later even lost every way communicate with airplanes (i got the requests of the airplanes i had, ive answered them and they weren’t getting my answer)

Iv’e contacted Tyler (ATC manager of the game) with that problem and even sent him a replay of the session, he sent that to the developers to find the problem

As you can see in the screenshot above, I did everything according to the procedure, asking for push back, taxi, and crossing runway, but when I change to the tower frequency, I was not able to get disconnected to the ground frequency, and my message was not communicated to the ATC, which made the ATC to think that I was not responding to them and they sent a message saying me to respond or connect to the tower frequency, but I was on that and requested for departure, but they were not able to see the request. This occurs only on live ATC. I do not know why this is happening all the time when I am departing or approaching a crowded airport. Because of this, I am using only Airports with unicom Traffic ATC.

Anyone from infinite flight support Please give an update for the application regarding this huge error, and if anyone has the same error occurring to them, please reply and make this error gone…

Try switching off 5G.
Some service providers seems to be partially blocking certain packets when their users are on 5G in our multiplayer environment for some reason that we have yet to determine.
