Most of the people here likes the forum, the problem is that some people are not mature enough to takeover the situation (to make clear I’m not trying to insult nobody), some people get angry because a moderator closed their topic or someone flagged their post, but the question is: did you read the rules? Just try to behave and be a civilized person and you see that everybody will be nice to you.

I totally agree, discussing a topic (a good topic that really worth it) in a pacific way we could make this forum a best place for us and the new users.

You have to assimilate with the Community. When I first joined, I insisted on my very own ways and of course, that led to a suspension… If there are really some rules that seem unreasonable, I would understand but this isn’t unreasonable. Mods like Carson do come in to merge the new thread with the old though the contradicting part is the “Closed after 3 months” rule on old threads…

Some people also didn’t like the rules at first. But, the rules is one of the factors why we Can make a Great Community. Like what Infinite Flight Community stands today. If you feel that some of your comments isn’t inapproriate/off-topic but you receive a flag. You can Ask the Moderators.

really? I can’t see ANYTHING constructive in your message. People like you only brings more problems and do not help at all.
We can agree to disagree but I am far from someone who brings problems. I have strong passion for the community and am fed up with stuff like this. I think if you can follow simple rules (which is ironic b/c I know I just got flagged) then you shouldn’t be here. I understand that once you say something you own it and I’ll stand by what I said because it was out of love for the community and the good people apart of it. I don’t see why everything has to be sunshine and rainbows. We all understand that people are entitled to their opinions but where do you begin to cross a line? If you would like to continue this discussion please pm me brother.

Hi there,
There is a logic behind no duplicate posts, why would you want to have little pieces of information spread over 10-15 different topics instead of putting all the information in 1 topic? This is easier for everyone and the search function works great!!
People come and leave everyday, in the end not everybody can be made happy. Even the moderators are not always happy but we discuss everything behind the scenes and sometimes we have different opinions as don’t agree but we have to run this forum the best we can.

I agree @Aernout, but my question is: when people are going to post something, they look at the yellow square that tells them which posts are similar to the one they are about to publicate?

Sometimes it shows yes sometimes not, the search function is so good that it’s very easy to find out if there is an existing topic or not about.

Look without being hostile, if you don’t like the rules here (which have all been explaned and are here for a reason), then just don’t post here.

We have that rule because the staff doesn’t like people to farm likes like that (I think)
