Problems with AutoPilot+

Hi there,

When I’m using autopilot+, my flight time only counts for “screen on” time. With the app open. Is this normal? If so, doesn’t this negatively impact the XP gained and also the flight time on my account? I hope this is a glitch for me otherwise it defeats the purpose of doing a long haul flight. Thanks for you help/ input if anyone knows.

Hey there! Would you be able to provide some screenshots of the issue? I agree, if this is happening, that’s not good, but perhaps some visual evidence will help diagnose the issue. Also, this belongs in the Support category, along with your device and operating system!

If you’re talking about the flight time on the status bar, that only reflects the active on device portion each time you enter the flight. Total duration will be provided in the flight stats once landed.

I think it might vary actually. My status bar Flight Time tends to be correct for most if not all flights. It wasn’t right after the major update, but after both of the hotfixes it works fine

Sorry for not putting it in support. I’m about to finish up a flight so I’ll have some screenshots for you soon. But the status bar is showing ~25 mins into a 8:30 flight.

Here is an screenshot after the flight as it won’t let me add multiple. Flew Seattle-London. Obviously not 1 hr flight time. Not too sure what’s going on. You would see my total flight time is about 2 hours (from a similar length flight) if I could have added more than one screenshot.

Hmmm, yes, I do see the issue. I looked up your stats on IFlytics and it was saying the same thing. If you don’t mind losing your replays, would you delete and reinstall the app? I think that will be the easiest reset for this

Deleted the app, logged out, re downloaded and just finished another long haul flight. Same problem. Very strange. Any ideas?

Should mention I’m on my iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.5

Actually, never mind. It appears that the most recent hotfix should be a solution to this, so see if that helps

Just flew from BKK - JFK in 46 minutes apparently. Same problem. If you could point me in the direction to speak to someone at IF directly that would be great. I’ve now lost out on 50 hours of flight time and the associated XP. Pretty ridiculous to pay for a mobile game if it doesn’t work properly. I appreciate your help with this though
