Is it just me who is having problems with ATC?
Hello, and welcome to the community! Could you clarify what you mean by “problems”? Are you facing issues with communication or connection (more suited for Support category), or do you have another general question related to ATC?

As said above, please elaborate. I’ll move this into the correct category once you do.
Unfortunately, TS is the Training Server where the only rules enforced are handled by Level 1 violations issued by the server, hence the “training” aspect of it. I understand that this may not be very fun, but if you want to delve more into the ATC side of things, I would recommend taking a look at ATC Recruiting There is not really another way to enforce these rules on the Training server though.

I’ve check somewhere and looks like pilot not following instructions ATC (OP) in training server, but we’ll see 😉
