Today I experienced some awful flying from another two people flying in the expert server today. These two people were flying from Heathrow to Gatwick, there was an aircraft on final into Gatwick already. These two aircraft came to land on the same runway as each other, at the same time (26L) And were definitely colliding at some point.
It was really disappointing to see, since it’s the expert server, and yes I know that some pilots can be tricky, but this was straight up bad flying.
Is there any way that I could report this situation that I had today?
Unfortunately nothing would come of it - violations cannot be handed out after the incident. It needs to be witnessed by someone with the ability to report then and there (whether it be active ATC or a supervisor/moderator/staff member who happens to be at the airport).
I get that it’s frustrating to see this behaviour, and I get annoyed by it as well.
Unfortunately flying in occupied airspace doesn’t guarantee 100% realism. You can’t really report or do anything after the situation has happened. Just brush it off and enjoy your next flight!
