Problems accessing my PRO account

Dear Friends:

I recently purchased a new, more powerful iPad. On the new iPad I have downloaded the Infinite Flight app, and I have logged in with my Google account, however, it does recognize my identity but it does not allow me to restore my purchases and, furthermore, my statistics are nowhere to be found, that is , I had Grade 3 and now I am listed as Grade 1. It’s quite strange… could you help me transfer my account to the new iPad. I have done it in a thousand possible ways, uninstalling the app from the previous iPad, logging out…

Hello!

You have most likely not connected your account to your Community profile.
This is something you would need to do first and on the old iPad in that case.

Just open up Infinite Flight on your previous device that you used where you have access to your account, the go to Settings → Account in the app. There you’ll find the option to connect it to your Community profile.

Give me a few minutes and I’ll merge everything.

Now - restart the app and everything should be in order :)
You might need to sign in using your Community credentials.
