Problem with signing up

I have a problem coming up every time I try to sign up with both Facebook or Google.

The message says: “Error creating account, try again later or contact support for assistance with code 02.”

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Or you could try again after a while and see if the problem still persists.

I’m on the OnePlus 6, Android. (I’m having the same issue as well.)

I’ve tried that, after I uninstalled it refunded me so I re-bought and reinstalled and the problem still persists.

Could you please close the app, restart it, and try again please?
