Problem with PRO

Good afternoon, I have a problem with PRO authentication, sometimes I get that I don’t have it when I buy recently.

Give the system a few minutes to realize you bought pro, or try restarting your app.

i have restarted it and even closed my apple id but nothing still keeps coming up. Is there someone with an If system to verify what could be the error?

If you’ve recently purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Tap “GET PRO”
  2. Tap “I already have an account”
  3. Tap “Revert to default account” in the bottom right.

The steps listed above, should bring up the account which currently holds your purchased subscription.

Let us know if following the above steps work or if you are still experiencing issues.

I think I know what the problem is, what happens is that I have an account in apple and in the if community I put my personal email, I sold that account to my cousin who is also an aviation lover, and after selling myself I made another apple account but I had to create another gmail email for the if community, the problem I think is that the apple id links or makes a connection with my ex gmail account since both are PUIG654… is there any solution???
