Please I don’t know why when am trying to release parking brakes it is not releasing but all other buttons are working except from the parking brakes, I don’t know why I can’t waste my money on pro and this will happen pls find a way to fix it for me. Thank you

Hey there! Welcome to the community! If you don’t mind me asking for a little more info: first, make sure to put your device and operating system. Second, how often has this been happening? Is it every flight, once in a while, or just one time? Have you tried restarting your device? I’d also suggest deleting and reinstalling the app. I know it stinks to lose replays and personalized settings, but if you’re okay with that, reinstalling can often be the best way to get things reset to default. Let me know if these things help, and if not, hopefully we can find some other fix!

Okay please thank you it has been resolved, but pls another problem if am trying to take off the plane the plane is not taking off, the yolk is very difficult to take off, I can’t make turns I have checked the settings and still, I can’t waste my money and let it go
Okay, let’s see. First, how are you turning? Are you using the rudder or do you have the ailerons and rudder coupled in the settings? If you go to settings you can um-couple them and then use the rudder slider at the bottom right of the screen to steer. As for taking off, my first thought is that you might have not calibrated your controls first. Remember, the ailerons and elevators are controlled by your phone’s tilt forward and backwards and side to side. If you pause the game, on the bottom left corner right above the “leave session” button, there is a calibration button that will automatically reset your controls. Now, you will have to keep your phone in that position to keep it level, you tilt your phone toward you to pitch up, away to pitch down, and right and left to tilt the plane respectively. Hopefully the calibration helps your problem.
Also, which plane are you having trouble taking off, and is it every plane, only certain ones, etc?
I do apologize if it seems like I’m talking down to you, I promise I’m not, I’m just trying to cover all of the bases since I don’t know what level your knowledge of IF is at!

Well, there are a couple options that I know:
First: have you checked out the user guides and tutorials? I’ll link them below, as these might help explain some of your issues.
Second: If this really is a bug or problem with your app, then I don’t think there’s much else I can suggest besides restarting or reinstalling the app. Greater help will have to come from those with more knowledge than me.
If you don’t mind sharing a replay or some screenshots of your issues, that might help me troubleshoot your problems from a distance.
