Problem on Short Final

Hello everyone. I hope you all are having an amazing day. So, I just found a problem in Infinite Flight. So, I was at Short Final. And suddenly in the GPWS Callout, it was saying, 200 50 40 30 20 10. Instead of saying, 100 50 40 30 20 10. What is the problem?

From what I can tell it could be that the altitude of the terrain when flying over the threshold changed dramatically. I know this can happen at FAOR especially. What airport was this at?

both rwys have a drop off that would cause this as explained by @Average_Gamer

Yep seems my theory was correct. The airport is elevated which means there will be a dramatic altitude change just before the final 100, 50,40,30,20,10 call-outs. Nothing wrong at all with it.
