Problem in subscription

Good day.

I just bought a subscription for a month you your app. I’ve used it. But hours after, it’s asking me to log in and telling me i don’t have any subscription. Then my i tunes told me i am still subscribed till the 20th of Nov. but i seem cant used it and telling me i am not subscribed. I have proof.

Did you try pressing the “I already have a subscription” button? It resolves the issue most of the time when you press that. Also are your logging into IF Pro with the same account you made the purchase with?

Yes i did. Is there any chance i could speak to the admin? When i press that. The last pic appears
