Pro Subscription not working with account

Hi, I recently renewed my monthly pro subscription but like many times before it won’t update in the app automatically and still shows the get pro icon, upon clicking it I get a prompt that I already have subscribed to it.

I tried reverting to default account and the subscription was working then, when I connected my account then it said that the account I’m trying to connect is already subscribed. Then why isn’t it working on my own account?
