Pro Subscription not working (PLEASE HELP)

Hello avgeeks,

I have an iPhone SE that I use for Infinite Flight. I canceled my subscription a few months ago, and when I try to renew it, it crashes after I agree to the Terms and Conditions. My phone is up to date, as well as the app. Infinite flight should work with my phone. I tried deleting it,restarting my phone, logging out of my account, making a new account and nothing worked. Any suggestions?

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:

  1. Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Install Infinite Flight from App Store again
  4. Tap “Fly online!”

From the looks of the picture it seems as though you might have in app purchases restricted. Simply head to your devices settings then screen time -> content and privacy restrictions -> iTunes and App Store purchases -> in app purchases then press allow then head back to IF and try purchasing it again.
