Pro subcription issue

Operating system: Android 10

So I just re subbed to pro today morning and it got logged to guest account. I went to log into my main account but it shows that I don’t have pro, so i again went to buy it again but it says I already have a membership. Can you help me in this matter?

Hey @s_swalkar! Seems you got pro into the wrong account. Schyllberg will be able to help, he will need the following information.

  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the wrong account on which the subscription has been applied to.
  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the account that you wish the subscription to be applied to.

Keep in mind you can also contact support via email explaining your issue and letting them know the same information above.

Do you have his email id? or should I then write directly to above mentioned mail id
