Pro sub auto renewal

hi, my monthly pro sub was renewed automatically around an hour ago but the app says I’m not subscribed to pro. I checked my other phone and I did receive an SMS from my bank confirming the payment was processed

Device: POCO X6 Pro
Operating system: android 14

Hello!

Try restarting your device as a first step
If that doesn’t help, go to https://pay.google.com and make sure the payment have been successful. It’s not always the case and the money is only reserved on your bank.

it’s still listed under “pending” on Google pay for some reason, but my bank transaction records show that the amount was processed successfully and it’s been withdrawn

Google pay says that the pending payment is from March 23, but the payment was processed today on March 28

The problem is that we’re not responsible for this or can impact it in any way.
It’s between your selected payment method and Google.

Some people that have experienced this in the past, have recommended cancelling and then resubscribing fixes it. Because it seems like the issue is the automatic renewal between Google and certain payment methods.

ok so do you suggest canceling the subscription? my bank transaction statement shows that funds were processed successfully on Mar 28 but a transaction from Mar 23 is still pending for some reason. what do I do? did I lose money for no reason at all ??

No, the money should return to you when you cancel.
The problem isn’t what your bank is saying, it’s what Google is saying..

Cancel and resubscribe, happens to me every month.

There we go. The one I was thinking about
Do any of you have actual automatically renewing subscriptions in Play Store other than Infinite Flight that works?

Yes, they all work fine, only Infinite flight gives me this issue

@schyllberg it’s solved for me after 24 hours. However Google Pay says that my last payment was on Mar 26, although the actual fund transfer happened on Mar 28, which is a first and pretty weird
