Hello, have you tried following the steps provided here from the Support Faq: Pro Subscription - Step 4
i have tired all steps, still nothing.
You need to connect your account on the device where you can access the subscription to your community profile. First when you’ve done that, you’ll be able to use it on a different device.
on my tablet screen, i am not given the step 5 screen to allow me to switch to this device.
still cannot link my community profile…to my s7 tablet
No, because you’ve most likely connected your community profile to a blank account so i assume that you’re getting Error Code 5 when you try?
We can see several connection/disconnections made from a blank account, but not to your account which contains a subscription.
As i said, you need to connect your community profile to the account which holds the subscription.
ok, thanks i will do it now.
i keep getting authorize application access. then i press the red authorize button, which gives me error code 5 on my ipad. do i need to go if website to connect my profile.

You need to disconnect the account from the blank account first, which i assume is on your S7 or something perhaps?
been trying for 8 hours now to link my pro account to my s7 tablet. i have tried everything suggested. i keep getting SM-T870 is requesting the following access to your account. i press authorize and nothing happens .Can u fix from ur end. Colin ( call sign Ify2 )

This is step 1.
Once you’ve done that. You open it up on your iPad, and connect the account.
