just got a a level 2 violation for not maintaining safe distance with an aircraft ahead of me and i actually had no aircraft around me in the first place.. i just got back reviewing the replay and an A350 was indeed in front of me and i just taxiied through it but it was not visible when i was in live.
Can this be a bug within the Open Beta? as i promised you no aircraft was visible to me. Is it possible to appeal in this case?

Public topics calling out controllers is a big no-no. In the future, DM the controller, but in a case like this, appeals will almost certainly reverse the violation if it was actually due to a bug. Remember, if it was a bug, there a very good chance that from the controller’s perspective the violation was legitimate. This means it wasn’t anybody’s fault, just a system failure.
What setting so you have Airplane Count on? I find it happening alot where im taxiing and then a 777 spawns randomly infront of me lol.
