Hey, I was thinking of planning a JFK flyout on most likely July 19th, 2026, but just want to get an overview/headcount of some things beforehand.
Of course, ATC would be a must for an event like this out of such a major airport so if someone is available and willing to provide such a valuable service, that would be greatly appreciated. This post is just for me to get a scale of if anyone would actually be interested and of course, if we could get ATC coverage (preferably ATIS, ground, tower and departure) but ground and tower are obviously most important.
On the topic of player count and routes - I would provide such information around 2 weeks prior to the event but at the current moment I would like to have anywhere from 15-40 people participating just to make it worthwhile. In the aspect of exact routes, I would plan to have available around 7-8 routes to Asia/Middle East/Africa/South America, Around 10-15 to Europe, and the rest (around 20-30) to parts of the US. These numbers for routes are just for options, not all of these are expected to be filled but are there for you to choose. Of course, if a desired route is not on the list, you would be able to request and I would be more than happy to approve of such cases.
