I’m trying to send a message to a couple of people, but every time I try to do so this little message pops up:
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can send the PM?

Go to Profile → Preferences → Emails and try enabling the email option? Or perhaps try and change some options on the email/response settings and that could work. Never saw that before to be honest.

It will be hard to figure out without knowing the entire context. Who are you trying to send to for example?
