New to IF, plane seems to sorta sway , doesn’t taxi OR take off in a straight line at all, always kinda spins to the opposite direction and i need to adjust, sometimes too it’s like frustrating.

Think you are talking about auto-coordination, where if you tilt your device on the ground you move. You can disable that in settings.
Try and calibrate your device before doing anything. You’ll find it on the bottom left corner of the menu (whilst inflight)

What you describe could possibly result from different causes depending on the situation.
1)Do you take taxi turns at 10kts or less?
2)Is autocoordination on or off (as mentioned)?
3)Have you calibrated (also as mentioned)?
4)Do you overcorrect with rudder on the takeoff roll?
5)Do you know that even a small crosswind causes an aircraft to noticeably yaw during takeoff rotation? (requiring practiced rudder compensation)
6)Not holding the nose firmly down during the takeoff roll (before rotation) will also cause yaw with even slight crosswind, depending on aircraft type, calibration, trim, and angle your device is held.
