Have you tried clicking restore purchases, and then tapping on the plane you’d like to re-download? Also please include your device information such as device, current software version, and Infinite Flight version. Thanks.

What kind of device did you purchase them on at first, and what device where you trying to use them on afterwards? Have you pressed “Restore purchases”?

Sometimes it could be something as simple as internet connection or slow speed.

  • Where did you originally download Infinite Flight from?

  • Are you using the same account?
  • Have you made sure you have a stable internet connection?

Sorry to hear about what’s going on. What you need to do is go to the live section on the main menu and sign in via Facebook or google (whichever is easier) and when it asks you to purchase a subscription, click the I already have a subscription button. When you do that, you’ll need to enter your Apple ID, and after that, when it says no subscription found, go back to the aircraft menu and restore your aircraft. :) That’ll do the trick!

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately the only thing that can transfer from Android to Apple is a Live Subscription. If you have Live+, our annual subscription, your aircraft and regions will transfer because they’re included in the subscription.

If you do have an active subscription, please privately send me your old username/callsign followed by your new username/callsign and I’d be happy to merge your accounts so that you can keep your Live subscription. Best wishes,

So you had Infinite Flight on your Android device, and purchased your planes there?
If that’s the case, purchases don’t carry over from Android to Apple, sorry.
