Each blockquote is one line, don’t make a space in between every one as well as don’t use the blockquote. I just used it to show you the formatting.

for some reason when i do it it doesnt change to a table. When i view the preview it looks like a bunch of words with no spaces
Here, copy this, and just change your details inside the table. It should work.

How do I make a drop down gate table?
Hello
Same principle applies. You make a dropdown (called, ‘hide details’ this can be found in a cog icon in the top right corner of the composer. ) and create the table inside. See link @Joseph007 provided for help :)
