Hello everyone!
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our servers during the following window:
2026-08-21T05:30:00Z→2026-08-21T10:00:00Z
We’ll be applying routine infrastructure updates across our cloud services. No downtime is planned - you should be able to fly and use all
services as normal throughout the window. While we work, some services may
briefly respond slower than usual, and you may experience a short
disconnection while traffic moves between regions; reconnecting will get you
right back in.
If you have a flight running on AP+: flights on AP+ during this window
may experience a brief interruption while we update the systems that manage
them. We’ll keep any disruption as short as possible — if your flight is
affected, check back after the window and it should be possible to resume
as normal.
We’ll post updates in this topic if anything changes, and again once
maintenance is complete. If you run into any issues after the window that
haven’t been reported, please open a topic in Support.
