Nice that’s a lot of aircraft I haven’t caught more that 20 different types of aircraft

Also if you were on Instagram aswell you would have way more that 10 followers & you would be welcomed to the aviation community on there.

That’s the beauty of JFK. Dozens more that I could spot but haven’t gotten yet (Not including special liveries) and quite a few planned launches I’m looking forward to.

Next thing I am going to try and tick off is the Finnair Airbus A350-900 now that JFK has scheduled A350 services…

Very true. Not a fan of social media because it would consume whatever time I have left and that would destroy the rest of my interests, hobbies, etc. I’d see an even greater need to watermark images and that takes too much effort :/. I’m planning on making a separate photo website and the watermarks I’m making for those images are taking too much effort. Don’t want to ruin the object of the image but I need to make it so that it’s impossible to crop/edit out.

This is my latest Instagram post. The watermark doesn’t take away from the image & cant be cropped out.

List of things I need after joining the forum:

  1. Divebuddah’s computer
  2. Boeing707’s camera

Great photos, I’m following you now anyway.

It’s a Nikon D40X equipped with a Nikkor 18-50, 55-200, or 55-300 mm. lens.

It’s a 9 year old camera I wouldn’t suggest getting one :insert laughing emoji here:

Thank you!

Interesting… Maybe

I use PicsArt you can find it on the Google play store not too sure for IOS devices though

Any camera you have is definitely better than the one I have on my iPad, I do have a Nikon D90, the problem is that it’s broken and I just haven’t got round to send it to be repaired, and it’s bloody heavy to try and bring on holidays.

Nikon D90X was a camera I was seriously considering at one point!

But I made the poor, conservative decision to stick with an old Nikon D40X. So I make the most of it by maintaining the camera as long as it works

Wear it around your neck and consider it your personal item for the flight

Got my d90 second hand, relatively cheap but in perfect condition.

Wise choice. I’m tempted to pick off a camera second hand, but rehabbed. Must be rehabbed by a reputable company.

The good DSLRs that produce photos of the quality I look for go for quite a bit of cash so maybe a small generational jump is a good idea. Preferably one that is compatible with my current lenses. Sunk more money into the D40X to get a rehabbed 300 recently and IMO, I haven’t gotten the lens’ worth out yet. I need to use it for more years before I consider that it’s paid itself back in what the inages it has (and will) produce.

Then again, I’m a sucker for new models 😁

I wanna see the new livery one. Hope it flies to JFK soon

Already does. They have a daily A380

I mean the 77W new livery one. I took the A380 myself once. Not as good as it looks on the 77W

Oh those. A6-ETA has been painted IIRC. Any others?

Etihad plans to end Jet Airways 77W service soon so there once again the Etihad 77Ws will return, hopefully with a mixture of these liveries

@Boeing707 you probably caught the go qantas Socceroos 747-400er sports livery

You can remove it ;) At least, I can.
