Planes lagging on Approach when controlling

When controlling in RKSI, airplane are lagging (like when someone is going to disconnect). Happening for all planes on approach.

My connection is very good (500 Mps). I have S24+.

Seems lot of lagging issue since last update. None of this issues were there before update
