Planes departing on opposite ends?

Wondering why active ATC allow planes to take off and land at both ends of the runway at the same time. I see it happening alot at LAX. I’ve landed and taken off numerous times and had a “head on collision” with another plane. LAX has 4 runways. Seems like it would be so easy to have departing aircraft use 25R and 25L and incoming flights use 24R and 24L or vice versa etc.

Because Training Server. That’s why.

This is on training server right? Well there’s nothing you can do to stop them, I bet the ATC would be trying to get them to taxi to the other end but those pilots are so lazy so they would just takeoff without clearance.

It’s the training server. Fly on expert for a realistic experience. :)
