I recently moved from my Samsung S21 to iPad iOS 18. I am not able to see other planes except the dots which I have turned on in the settings. Because of this I am unable to see where the other planes are exactly to even park, taxi or push off, or line up for takeoff.
Can anyone tell me what’s the issue here?
Depending on how recent the change was, there’s a possibility most liveries haven’t been downloaded to your new device yet, which means the planes won’t show up.

I’m assuming you mean you see the white box instead of the aircraft itself. You’d have to have their aircraft’s livery downloaded for it to show as well, so I’d recommend making sure that Livery downloads via cellular is turned on (optional if you want it to download liveries around you). Also, make sure your airplane count is set to Low as a minimum, however I have mine set at the highest. Here’s my settings:

Won’t they download automatically over wifi?
I believe so, but even then, it takes a while (as there may be many liveries being downloaded simultaneously).

In my previous device all my settings were at the highest and it was running smooth with almost all the liveries visible. Even, in the sky if planes were very nearby were visible.
this hould be in the support category
