Planefinder.net Tracking Ground Crew Vehicles?

Hey guys, I recently decided to go into planefinder.net to see what the radar looked like with so few planes flying due to CCP Virus, and I saw this:

This is KLAX, and yes, it is tracking ground crew vehicles, although the website usually only tracks airplanes, helicopters, and other aircraft. Does anyone know why this is happening?

They have to be tuned in to certain frequencies that will be being picked up. Not uncommon. Happens on FR24 too.

Tracking ground vehicles is not a new “thing”. FR24 has had it for a long time. The timing has nothing to do with Coronavirus. Vehicles were being tracked 1 year ago.
