If your plane sinks into the ground with the risk of getting a violation, the best thing to do is to clear your cache (Settings > General > Clear Cache). This way, the issue should be fixed. If you actually got a Level 1 violation, you can message the Appeals Team (appeals - Infinite Flight Community, click on the big blue button which says “Message” at the top right corner) to get it removed. We will ask for your replay in case you haven’t shared it with us yet and after reviewing it, we’ll decide whether or not to remove your violation. Level 1 violations can only be removed if it was a glitch/bug in-app, which seems to be the case in your situation.
