Welcome to Plane & Pilot Events! We are an IFVARB approved organization that has created high-quality, well-organized events for Infinite Flight since we were founded in December 2016. We offer a wide variety of unique events that range from VA promotions to aerobatics competitions. We strive to make sure our events are fully unique and enjoyable, and spend up to 2 weeks planning each one. If you would like to learn more about our group, please select a category below.

Our members get advantages like being notified when we create new events, being able to participate in occasional group flights, and being to chat with other members. If you would like to join us a member, please join our Slack Channel
📆 Events
Plane & Pilot creates some of the highest quality events Infinite Flight has ever seen. We spend up to 2 weeks planning for each event to make sure that it is fully unique and enjoyable. A list of all of our previous and upcoming events can be found here. Here are some of the types of events we are most well known for:
Convoy Events
Convoy events are some of our most popular. We take a large group of people and split them into groups depending on what aircraft or airline they are flying. People enjoy these because they are not super crowded and make great screen shots.

Airport Hops
In airport hops, we do a route from one popular airport to another and do touch and goes at several airports in between. These are lots of fun and a great way to get XP.

Competitions
Our competitions are about as competitive as they get. They are fairly judged and have good prizes for the winners.

Real World Flights
If you like being ultra realistic in your flying, then make sure to join our real world flights. We do these as close to the real flight as possible, from the flight plan right down to the departure time.

Event Partnerships
Plane & Pilot offers an event planning service to all IFVARB approved Virtual Airlines. If you are a new VA wanting help creating your first recruitment event, or a successful VA that wants to put on a big event but aren’t sure you can manage it, Plane & Pilot has you covered. We have created events for VAs from the massive AeroSync Group to the smaller Alaska Virtual. To get started, fill out our form below and we will contact you within 48 hours.

Q= I had an experience with Plane & Pilot that I want them to know about. How do I let them know?
A= If you want to give us feedback on an event or our organization in general, please fill out this form and we will get back to you if needed. Thank you for your feedback! It helps us be more enjoyable and professional.
Q= I want to join Plane & Pilot as a staff member, but I can’t find what positions are open. How do I join?
A= If we aren’t displaying any open positions, we don’t currently have any. However, if you let us know if you are interested, we will try to contact you when one becomes available.
Q= It is after Tuesday (when Plane & Pilot usually announces events) and I can’t find the new one anywhere, are you still active?
A= Although we try to create an event every week, sometimes we take more time to create complicated events.
Q= Is Plane & Pilot IFVARB approved?
A= Yes, Plane & Pilot Events is certified as a virtual organization as of 10/24/17.
Q= Can my VA have a long-term partnership with Plane & Pilot?
A= Although we like to have short partnerships with VAs to create events, we prefer not to have long-term partnerships. Thanks for being interested though!
