Plane falls through the ground

My 757 in the online mode fell through the ground at LAX. I was a grade 3 member playing on the grade 2 server. Then, I tried doing it in single player with a 747. It fell through as well.

To solve the problem simply go to
Settings > General > Clear Scenery Cache and restart the app

It’s not that I got a violation, it’s that my plane fell through the ground on landing and started spinning out of control.

Misunderstood it, I thought your plane fell through the ground and you received a violation in doing so. Happened to plenty of people though.
