i know this isnt proper but i just saw on windy.com that there is a 219kt east moving wind over the pacific ocean! its at fl340.

Very bumpy over British Columbia. Strong head winds if flying Northwest and strong tailwinds if flying Southeast.

Major Heavy turbulence from FL 220-380 US southern New Jersery waypoints ((WHITE, CYN , VILLIS SBY)) Heavy Chop

((Edit)) So realistic, I am following my flight on Live ATC and they are having the same turbulence.

Mod-Heavy turb FL220-FL360 US Pacific Northwest near coast. altitude variations of up to 15ft. Aircraft 737-900er, Climbed to FL370 near 3 sisters oregon and the turbulence ceased. Winds speeds 60kts-115kts. Route KSFO-KSEA. Descending back into KSEA turbulence started again at around FL350-360 didnt stop till FL140. At FL140 near KSEA light chop.

Light turbulence and some wind East of KPIT. Heavy headwinds if heading West.

UA /OV DJB/TM 1346/FL240/TP B752/WV 258104/TB LGT

Light turbulence over Cleveland area at FL240. Winds blowing 258 at 104 kts.
